Experienced International Business Representation

Our firm provides an uncommon breadth and depth of knowledge in the international business arena. Robert J. Allan is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. District Court Central District of California, and U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit. In addition, he is a Barrister and Solicitor in Canada. Rod Rummelsburg is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has represented private and public, domestic and multinational corporations on business law, litigation, and international negotiation matters in over 125 countries. Julian Chan is Of Counsel to the Firm. He has represented companies in legal matters ranging from investments, technology licensing, trademarks, and entertainment contracts in the US and internationally. Julia Zhu, an associate with the firm, was a former judge in China, counsels clients on a broad range of domestic and international corporate matters.
