Edythe Huang

Edythe Huang is an associate attorney with the Allan Law Group. She focuses her practice on international business, international law, private equity and trade regulation. Ms. Huang has hands on experience with how business operates in China, which is of great value to clients of the Allan Law Group who wish to develop two-way business and economic ties between China and the United States. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Huang served as Assistant Vice President at Goldman Anderson Group, a financial consulting and investment firm, where she worked on establishing private equity funds and consulting internationally based companies, including advising a Taiwanese law firm on the acquisition of US community banks by foreign corporations. Ms. Huang received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark. While there, she acted as co-Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review, in which her article, "Looting in Iraq, Five Years Later: An evaluation of international protection, recovery and repatriation of looted cultural artifacts," was published. Ms. Huang's first position in law was as an intern for the L.A. County District Attorney's Office where she aided Assistant D.A.'s in preparing for trial.
